We first met 12 years ago, when we entered high school and became friends ever since. Although we studied in different cities — Solo and Purwokerto — and later worked in different countries — Japan and the Netherlands — our friendship was not filled with constant communication. But in the middle of January 2025, we decided to take a meaningful step forward — to turn our simple friendship into a lifelong bond.
